Value Factory celebrates VivaTech’s 10th anniversary with Branded Call and Network APIs
This year, VivaTech marked its 10th anniversary, and so did Bouygues Telecom’s Value Factory, which was out in force at this must‑attend innovation and tech event.
It was an opportunity to showcase demonstrations around Branded Call and Network APIs, illustrating the operator’s commitment to ever smarter, more secure connectivity.
Branded Call: it’s a go!
Bouygues Telecom is proud to announce the launch of Branded Call (see the May 13, 2026 press release), an innovative service and strategic asset for brands and service providers that will transform our subscribers’ calling experience.
In partnership with Hiya (the global leader in AI‑based voice security and identity), Bouygues Telecom is the first French operator to launch the Branded Call offering, which lets businesses clearly display their name when calling Bouygues Telecom customers. Customers will know who is calling and can decide whether to pick up.
No more unknown calls, our customers regain trust and control over their voice communications!
Teams from the Value Factory and Hiya were on‑site at the Bouygues Group booth to present the service in preview ahead of its official launch in July 2026.

Network APIs: the operator as the trusted third party of the digital ecosystem
Trust was also at the heart of discussions during the roundtable dedicated to Network APIs, organized in collaboration with Infobip.
Lina Taguengayte exchanged with her counterpart at Orange, Hatim Machrafi, about the new opportunities unlocked by network APIs. These programmable interfaces open up unprecedented possibilities for digital players, or anyone looking to secure and streamline their digital customer journeys. The operator plays a central role as a trusted third party, a responsible actor capable of handling customers’ identity data with the utmost rigor.
Thibault de Souance moderated this roundtable, hosted by Infobip, which markets these solutions to its clients on behalf of operators.
Lina Taguengayte reiterated Bouygues Telecom’s core mission:
“At Bouygues Telecom, our core business is, of course, connecting people. And because a trusted connection is essential, we help businesses secure their most sensitive digital journeys, from onboarding through to the transaction.”Lina TaguengayteNetwork APIs Product Manager, Value Factory![]()
Value Factory’s participation at VivaTech 2026 thus shone a light on its continued pioneering role, delivering concrete solutions that improve the customer experience and strengthen the security of digital exchanges.
