Bouygues Telecom and Aduna team up for safer digital journeys
4 min
In response to the growing number of cyber risks, Bouygues Telecom is strengthening its commitment to businesses through a strategic partnership with Aduna, a global initiative backed by Ericsson and major international operators. The primary objective: to simplify and scale the use of network APIs to secure digital journeys, in France and worldwide.
What changes for businesses ?
A single integration puts an end to complex multi-operator projects. By leveraging the GSMA’s CAMARA standard, businesses can access network capabilities through standardized, interoperable, and easy-to-deploy APIs. The reach is international: Aduna brings together more than a dozen leading operators, enabling large-scale deployments that are consistent from one country to another. Data is more reliable and protection is strengthened: checks rely on information derived from the SIM, network identity, and the device, processed within Bouygues Telecom’s secure infrastructure, with binary yes/no responses to limit the exposure of personal data.
Priority use cases
The initial targeted APIs address the needs of the sectors most exposed to fraud and journey drop-offs, notably finance and insurance, e-commerce and digital platforms, as well as social networks. In France, Bouygues Telecom is already supporting several dozen players in these sectors, with a rapid ramp-up and millions of API calls in 2025.
